Pre ride Checks
Oil Tank - Check level and for leaks.
Fuel Tank - Check level and for leaks.
Coolant - Check level and for leaks.
Front / Rear Brake - Check functionality / travel etc.
Lighting / Indicators - Check functionality.
Wheels / Tyres - Check for wear / pressure / state.
Throttle - Check function and return.
Stands - Check movement and spring return.
After the first 500 kms
Check battery eletrolyte level.
Check all controls.
Check fuel pipes, oil pipes and brake pipes.
Check lighting and indicators.
Check brake fluid.
Check and tighten bolts, screws, nuts.
Check and adjust carb idle.
Check coolant level.
Check brake systems.
Check front suspension.
Check rear suspension.
Every 5000 kms or 12 months.
Check battery eletrolyte level.
Replace spark plug.
Check all controls.
Check fuel pipes, oil pipes and brake pipes.
Check brake fluid and replace if required.
Check variator rollers and replace if required.
Check air filter.
Check kick start and driving dog.
Check and tighten bolts, screws, nuts.
Check and adjust carb idle.
Check coolant level.
Check brake systems.
Check front suspension.
Check rear suspension.
Every 10000 kms or 24 months.
Check battery eletrolyte level.
Replace spark plug.
Check all controls.
Check fuel pipes, oil pipes and brake pipes.
Check brake fluid and replace if required.
Check variator rollers and replace if required.
Check air filter.
Check clutch assembly.
Check needle bearings of the drive pulley.
Check kick start and driving dog.
Check and tighten bolts, screws, nuts.
Check and adjust carb idle.
Replace drive belt.
Check coolant level.
Check brake systems.
Check front suspension.
Check rear suspension.
